Riding Lessons & Training
Trainer/InstructorOur trainer/instructor is Emily Rollison, a lifelong equestrian, she brings to us a wide range of experience. Twice South Carolina Horsemen’s Council “Outstanding Youth of the Year” and an AQHF scholarship recipient, she has ridden in numerous events from hunters and dressage to team penning and western pleasure. She has competed in rated hunter shows, AQHA shows, and 4-H events at regional and national levels. She has earned AQHA All-Around awards in both the youth and amateur divisions.
A recent graduate of Clemson University, Emily has a B.S. in Agricultural Education. While attending Clemson University, she was the student manager of the CU Equine Center, where she was active in both the breeding and training programs. She enjoys working with youth and amateur equestrians.Private Riding Lessons
We offer riding lessons in western and english disciplines to beginners through advanced students. With a sixty foot covered round pen and a 100 x 150 foot arena, so whether its your horse or ours HQH can help.
We offer all levels of training from halter breaking, to breaking colts, to finished show horses. We offer training in western pleasure, hunter under saddle, and the over fence classes.
Sale Preparation
HQH can help get your horse ready for sale, be it private treaty or public auction. Our staff can condition and present your horse at its best to help you get the most.
